- Built-in country rules today for the United States, Italy, Germany, France, Spain and Albania, and the list grows.
- Each business has its own tax rates, seeded from its country and fully editable.
- US sales tax: prices before tax, a rate per location, items marked taxable or not, tax shown on receipts as a separate line.
- VAT-inclusive pricing for Europe, VAT books and VAT reports.
- Locations can be in different countries and regions; time zone and currency follow the country when a business is created.
- A4 or Letter paper, and the right tax-ID label per country (EIN, VAT number and others).
Fiscalization framework
A provider-agnostic framework, with country adapters added per market.
- A sealed, gapless fiscal journal records every receipt and refund in every country, with daily closures and verification.
- Country adapters plug into this framework. The first adapter targets Albania's fiscal system; adapters for other countries are added per market from official specifications.
Payments, provider-agnostic
- ERP PRO never holds card data. Each business connects its own payment provider account.
- Online payment links, checkout for the shop and invoices, refunds and in-store card readers are supported through the provider connector; Stripe is available today and more providers are added per market.
Languages
- The interface is in English today, with Albanian available. Languages are switched on per client by the platform, and public pages follow.
- More languages are on the roadmap.
