A public API for your developers, and ready connectors for payments, couriers, messaging, e-mail and social media.

Public API and webhooks

REST API with an OpenAPI reference.
API keys created by a person and limited to that person's rights, chosen modules, or read-only.
Signed webhooks sent when records change, delivered reliably from inside the same database transaction.

Import customers, suppliers, products, stock, chart of accounts and opening balances from Excel or CSV.
Columns are matched automatically (also in other languages) and every row is checked before anything is saved.
Bank statements imported in camt.053, MT940, OFX, CSV or Excel and matched to the books automatically.

Each connector uses the business's own account with the provider. Credentials are stored encrypted.

Payments
Online payment links, checkout and in-store card readers through your payment provider (Stripe today; more providers per market).
Couriers
Buy shipping labels, compare prices and track parcels through EasyPost (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and many more), including customs forms.
SMS and WhatsApp
Campaigns and two-way messages through your Twilio account.
Phone calls
Click-to-call, incoming call routing and voicemail through your Twilio number.
E-mail out
Campaigns and notifications through your own mail server (SMTP).
E-mail in
Connect support@, sales@ or info@ mailboxes; mail becomes tickets, opportunities or a shared inbox.
Social media
Publish to Facebook and Instagram, plan posts for LinkedIn and X.
Printers
Receipt and kitchen printers on the network (ESC/POS: Epson, Star, Bixolon and most others).
IoT sensors
Thermometers, meters and other devices push readings through a connector key.

Marketplace connectors (such as Amazon and eBay) are not part of the product today.
