Keeps selling when the internet doesn't
ERP PRO's point of sale is built for real shops, bars and counters, where connections drop.
How the offline till works
Step 1: Every till keeps a copy of the products, prices, options and its open shift on the device.
Step 2: If the server cannot be reached, a bar appears and the offline till takes over. Counter sales continue with cash and card, including product options and price-time deals.
Step 3: A proof of payment prints immediately, clearly marked as an offline sale.
Step 4: When the connection returns, sales are sent automatically, oldest first. Each sale carries its own ID, so it is never recorded twice.
Step 5: The server keeps the time and prices as charged and adds the sales to the right shift and the books.
Rules that protect you
- Offline sales older than 72 hours are refused, so stale devices cannot post surprises.
- Where fiscalization applies, late sales are reported as sent late.
- Switching business on a device is blocked while offline sales are waiting to be sent.
Need full table service without internet?
Install ERP PRO on a server in your own building (on-premise). Waiters, tills, kitchen screens and printers then talk over your local network, with or without internet.
Installable everywhere
ERP PRO installs as an app on PCs, tablets and phones from the browser. The Android app adds alerts that reach staff with the phone in their pocket.
