This policy covers this website (erp-pro.biz) and the ERP PRO service (app.erp-pro.biz). For data our customers put into ERP PRO, such as their own customers, employees or suppliers, the customer is the controller and we act as processor under our agreement with them. If your data is held in ERP PRO by one of our customers, please contact that organisation first.

3. Information we collect

• Contact form data: your name, work e-mail, company, country, the other details you choose to give and your message.
• Account data for users of the service: name, e-mail address, role, sign-in details and settings.
• Technical data needed to run and secure the service: IP address, browser and device information, and logs.

4. How we use it

We use personal data to answer your requests, provide and secure the service, bill customers, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.
